How does the 30-day free trial work?

The 30-day free trial allows you to try a paid plan of RivalMap with your company or team for 30 days for free. Regardless of which plan you choose to start with, you have 30 days to use any RivalMap plan for free (you can upgrade after you sign up). If you remain on a paid account, you'll be billed after 30 days. If you downgrade or cancel before then, you will never be charged. There is no obligation whatsoever. The free plan is, of course, always free.

What is a "User"?

RivalMap provides individuals who are added to your account by you (the owner) with their own login. When you reach the maximum number of registered users for your plan, you will be notified that you need to upgrade or remove some users before you can add news ones.

What is "SSL Encryption"?

SSL, which stands for Secure Sockets Layer, encrypts all communication between your browser and RivalMap. This ensures no one can eavesdrop on the content you are sending back and forth.

Can I upgrade or downgrade the plan at any time?

It's very easy to upgrade or downgrade your RivalMap plan at any time from your account. However, if the downgraded plan you want has a lower user limit than your current number of users, you will have to remove users before the option to downgrade is made available. Any data added by those users remains on your account. When you upgrade or downgrade, you will be charged (unless you downgrade to the free version) on the next billing cycle.

Do I need a credit card to sign up? What types of payment do you accept?

If you start off on the free plan, and don't need a credit card. If you sign up for a free trial of a paid plan, we do require a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. We do accept PO's for enterprise accounts over a certain size. Please if you have any questions regarding payment options.

Is the free plan really free?

The free plan is 100% free, it's not just a free trial. Signing up doesn't require anything more than your name and email.

Are there any long-term commitments? Can I cancel at any time?

RivalMap is an on-demand application, so you only pay monthly as you go. Although we would hate to see you go, you can cancel your account any time from the Account tab after logging into your RivalMap site.
